Q-Factor Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (Menachem Begin Road 132, Floor 20, Tel Aviv 6103201, Israel) operates qfactorhq.org as an informational and research-access platform for its AI-enhanced neutral-atom quantum computing hardware. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of qfactorhq.org and any related services provided by the Company (collectively, "the Service").

By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of qfactorhq.org (the "Service") operated by Q-Factor Ltd (Menachem Begin Road 132, Floor 20, Tel Aviv 6103201, Israel). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

The Service is designed for use by researchers, scientists, laboratory managers, and institutional representatives. It is not a consumer product and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Academic and institutional users accessing the Service on behalf of their organisation represent that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental consent.
• You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with operation, or to attempt unauthorised access.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.
• You may not use the Service to submit false or misleading information in the context of a hardware access request. Accuracy in describing your research institution and research focus is important: hardware access decisions are made on the basis of submitted information.
• Technical content published on qfactorhq.org, including benchmark data and system specifications, is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute it commercially without written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Q-Factor Ltd or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose: learning about Q-Factor's technology, submitting research collaboration requests, and accessing technical resources published by Q-Factor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Q-Factor's hardware designs, software, and proprietary calibration methodologies are trade secrets and remain the exclusive property of the Company.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit via forms, email, or other communication channels. You grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process the content to provide the Service, including to evaluate hardware access applications and respond to research inquiries. We will not use submitted research content to train machine learning models or share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to your request without your written consent.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Technical specifications and benchmark data on qfactorhq.org represent our current development state and internal benchmarks; they are not guarantees of performance in third-party research environments. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed USD 100, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. This limitation reflects the informational nature of the Service: qfactorhq.org is a research information and access-request platform, not a platform on which users conduct hardware operations or entrust proprietary research data.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q-Factor Ltd from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law provides for mandatory local jurisdiction, that jurisdiction applies.

10. Changes and Contact
